Translation & Language AI consultant and educator with two decades of hands-on industry experience in localisation processes, methodical and tailored machine translation and AI deployments, and an in-depth understanding of human and AI quality frameworks.

My expertise is in understanding the needs and roles of different stakeholders in managing change around AI, from attitudes to implementations, and I love helping organisations get unstuck.

In 2025, I also founded Language Shapes, a world languages & linguistics clubs for children in South London.

My expertise lies in bridging applied research and operations, and having a deep understanding of both buyers’ and service providers’ needs and pressures.

I want to support organisations in the responsible deployment, evaluation and long-term strategy of automated (MT/AI) translation solutions combined with human expertise, to deliver high-quality products across their markets.

Language AI Upskilling

I create and deliver trainings for language service buyers, providers, in-house localisation and language teams as well as linguists.

Trainings will typically be delivered as live, online sessions, but can be pre-recorded for self-service platforms on a commission basis.

I regularly collaborate with other freelance SMEs such as Elaine O’Curran, and have delivered AI Upskilling trainings on behalf of Magic Beans Agency.

For university collaborations and industry insight talks I am also happy to travel to attend in person.
